rpl COMMON ORDER The petitioners are alleged to have involved in a crime of double the money. They, along with co-accused, are said to have enticed the defacto complainant and snatched a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- from him by laying a trap. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioners and submitted that the investigation is at a nascent stage.
