The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.569 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police originally as girl missing and later, altered to Sections 3(1)(a), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a), 7(1)(b) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

2.It is stated that the petitioner is the owner of the spa called Drona Spa and also called Pearl Viwe Medi.

3.It is also stated that in the said spa, nearly about five victims had been secured.

4.The learned Government Advocate stated that A2 has been arrested and is still in custody. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
