ORDER
The petitioner states that herself and her family were granted family consumer card bearing No.04/G/0598613 and consumer smart card bearing No.HPHH-333910664598 bearing her husband's name in or around the year 2011. The petitioner thereafter had linked both her and her husband's Aadhar cards with the consumer smart card.

According to her, when the consumer card was reissued, she found certain names in that card which do not belong to her family. She made a representation which came to be disposed under impugned order dated 02.09.2023 without causing proper enquiry.

Mr.P.Ananthakumar, who accepts notice for the respondents would accede to the position that proper enquiry has not been carried out. He would assure the Court that the respondents will conduct a detailed enquiry and correct errors of the 2/4
members in the card, if any. Let the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2023 referred under proceedings in Na.Ka.No.606/2023/S2 dated 02.09.2023 by R3 / Tahsildar, Thiruvallore Taluk to R1 / District Supply and Consumer Protection Officer, Thiruvallore, be taken up for disposal afresh. 4.
R1 will conduct a detailed enquiry, hear the petitioner and other parties as deemed fit and necessary, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
