ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner questioning the validity of the e-auction sale notice dated 19.10.2022 issued by the respondent - Authorised Officer, Karur Vysya Bank Limited, Asset Recovery Branch, Madurai, proposing to conduct the e-auction on 09.11.2022 at 11.00 a.m.

2. Though the sale notice has been issued on 19.10.2022, the petitioner, for reasons best known to her, has slept over the issue and approached this Court at the eleventh hour. The belated action initiated by the petitioner has rendered the prayer made in the writ petition infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is

open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law before the authority/forum concerned. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.29127 and 29129 of 2022 are closed.
