The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.32608 of 2016 dated 19.09.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and learned counsel for fifth respondent.

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by respondents. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
