O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give Police Protection for putting up fencing and other miscellaneous work in the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.283/7 & 283/8B at Villarasan Patti Village.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeks police protection to his life and putting up fence in the land owned by the petitioner comprised in Survey Nos.283/7 & 283/8-B to an extent of 1.28 3/4 cents situated at Vilarasan Patti Village, Erode District on the strength of the decree in O.S.No.469 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Erode as against the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that so far, no complaint has been received from the petitioner or forwarded from the first respondent.
4. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 14.11.2022 to the 1st respondent/Superintendent of Police, Erode instead of the 2nd respondent. In order to reception of the said complaint, he failed to produce any acknowledgment.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to lodge a fresh complaint before the 2nd respondent and on reception of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the 3rd respondent, and dispose the same on the strength of the Civil Court decree within a period period of four weeks thereafter.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
