This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of judgment passed in C.C.No.45 of 2015, dated 24.07.2018 on the file of Principal Special Judge under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed application for issuance of certified copy of the judgment, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of judgment. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
