ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 13.03.2020 passed in W.P.No.31710 of 2007.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the appearing for the second respondent submitted the Order of this Court has been complied and the communication of the Assistant Revenue Officer of the Greater Chennai Corporation dated 17.12.2022 has been produced to that effect. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the same.
