By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 within a stipulated period.
3.Though very many contentions have been raised in this petition, at the time of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the TASMAC shop no.954 is located in a traffic congested road, the residents of the locality have raised objections stating that it causes a lot of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
disturbances to the residents and hence, the petitioner requested the respondents to locate the TASMAC wine shop inside the petitioner's premises and since it was not considered, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 08.06.2015 to the first respondent and the same was received and acknowledged and forwarded to the second respondent and a field inspection was also carried out, but still the respondents have not passed any orders. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.
4.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
5.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
