ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, pending this revision, the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled the issue among themselves. The petitioner appeared in person along with his counsel and the respondent appeared through video conference. The learned counsel for the respondent also appeared and filed a Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.11.2025, duly signed by both parties.
2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the Criminal revision may be disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise.
3. The Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties dated 27.11.2025 is taken on record. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.11.2025 shall form part of the order.
4. Since, the matter has been settled, the complaint given by the defacto complainant is dismissed as settled and the accused is acquitted.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 28-11-2025
