C.M.P.No.19310 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.2084 of 2014 K.RAJASEKAR , J., This petition is filed under Order 22 Rule 4 of CPC, to bring on record the petitioners 4 & 6 herein as the legal heir of the deceased 5th respondent namely M.Maheswaran in C.M.A.No.2084 of 2014 and array them as the respondents 6 to 8 in the above appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.2084 of 2014 and list the matter for final hearing on 23.06.2023.
