ORDER

The writ petitioner, Mr.C.B.Ranganathan, who suffered an order of withholding of his terminal benefits passed by the second respondent dated 8.11.2012, has preferred a revision petition before the first respondent on 18.11.2013. Since the said revision petition has not been till date disposed of, he has come to this Court.

2. Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel, who took notice on behalf of the first respondent, sought four weeks time for disposal of the pending revision petition.

3. In view of the limited prayer, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 18.11.2013 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
