Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to pass appropriate orders for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner including payment of salary for a period of 20 months and grant the petitioner other relies in the light of the representation dated 19.09.2016 and to initiate appropriate action against those who are responsible for inflicting such grievance on the petitioner, within a limited time.
