C.M.P.No.1298 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.122660 of 2022 N.MALA.J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal against the Judgment and Decree made in MCOP.No.482 of 2018 dated 27.06.2022 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal,(Special Sub-ordinate Judge (MACT), Dharmapuri. 2.Mr.S.Sathia Seelan, learned counsel appeared for the sole respondent. He would fairly submit that he has no objection to the delay of 32 days being condoned.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel the delay of 32 days is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Registry is further directed to print the name of the counsel for the respondent at the time of admission.
