This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction for further investigation in C.C.No.109 of 2015.
2. Heard Mr.B.Dayalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. This Court finds no material for further investigation under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. The first respondent has completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.109 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
