ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Special Court under EDC & NDPS Act Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.5284 of 2022 the condition "that he shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- and with a like sum, two acceptable and reliable sureties one of them shall be government servant to the satisfaction of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet Chennai and that he shall execute the other sureties in the above proceeding.

2. It is seen that this petition has been filed directly before this Court without approaching the Court concerned, which has granted bail to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to file an application for modification before the concerned Court, which has granted bail to the petitioner. 16.11.2022 sp 2/4
