ORDER
Challenging the case in Crime No.6 of 2020 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case, this Court has granted interim direction not to file final report in respect of Crime No.6 of 2020 on 16.11.2022. However, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the interim direction has not been intimated. In any event, now having completed the investigation, the final report filed and the same was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettur in C.C.No.29 of 2023.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
