W.P.No.29835 of 2022 and ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J The impugned orders have been passed pursuant to the orders passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 23.12.2020 in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.No.14853 of 2019, batch.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court that in an order dated 23.12.2020 passed in W.P.No.14853 of 2019 batch, which is the subject matter of challenge in Writ Appeal Nos.1037 and 1036 of 2021, this Court gave a direction that the actual implementation of the Government Letter which is impugned under the said Writ Petition, shall be kept in abeyance till the disposal of W.P.No.23342 of 2019 (wherein a larger issue has been raised), which is the subject matter of challenge in Writ Appeal No.2038 of 2022. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that by order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Writ Appeal Nos.1037 and 1036 of 2021, the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay of the order dated 23.12.2020 passed in W.P.No.14853 of 2019 batch. 1 / 3

Since the impugned orders have been passed only pursuant to the directions given by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.14853 of 2019 batch, dated 23.12.2020 and the said order has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court, the impugned orders passed against the petitioner herein will have to be necessarily stayed.

4. Accordingly, there shall be an order of interim stay of the impugned orders and since the issues that have been raised in this Writ Petition are also the subject matter of W.A.Nos.1037 and 1036 of 2021, Registry is directed to place this Writ Petition also along with W.A.Nos.1037 and 1036 of 2021 before the Division Bench of this Court, after obtaining necessary orders. 11.11.2022 cs 2 / 3
