This petition has been filed to transpose the above Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.No.661 of 2018 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court against the Judgment dated 15.03.2018 passed in Crl.A.No.17 of 2018 on the file of the first Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode as Criminal Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal and post the matter before the concerned Court.
