There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the case in C.C.No.82 of 2012 has already been disposed of on 22.12.2017. This revision is filed against an order passed in C.M.P.No.3209 of 2017 under Section 45 of Evidence Act for the comparison of the signature of the accused found in the cheque. Since, the main C.C., itself disposed of, I find that nothing survives in the matter for adjudication, and this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
