This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the original order passed by the Waqf Tribunal at Chennai, made in O.A. No. 73 of 2019 by order dated 05.09.2019. 2.

The revision petitioners are not parties to the said proceedings before the Waqf Tribunal, therefore, original or certified copy of the said order is not available with the revision petitioners, however photocopy of the same has been filed in the typed set of papers. 3.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
