The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.07.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.319 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused had stolen Lenovo Laptop and Pulsar Bike. Hence, the case was registered against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that it was the 1st accused, who had actually stolen the Lenovo Laptop and Pulsar Bike and the petitioner who was only standing there. Hence, he sought for grant of bail to the petitioner herein.
4.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that there is a CCTV visual of all the accused and even the petitioner herein. It is also stated that the 1st and 3rd accused had already been taken into the custody and they are still in custody. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
