O R D E R

Mr.P.Suresh Babu as well as Ms.Jayanthi Venkatesh submit that the disputes between the parties have been settled by way of mediation on 20.09.2024. Mr.P.Suresh Babu adds that the connected CMA in C.M.A.No.4053 of 2019 was disposed of on 15.10.2024 recording the terms of settlement.

2. Since the main proceeding itself has been disposed of by way of the settlement agreement arrived at before the mediator, apart from recording that the mediation has been successful and an agreement had been entered on 20.09.2024, no further order is necessary in this revision.

3. The civil revision petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
