The present Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the proceedings in C.C.No.36 of 2017 on the file of learned Magistrate, Neyveli and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
