ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 14.01.2016 issued by the first respondent in F.No.O.S.43/2014-INT/F.No.O.S.254/2014-AIU and quash the same. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the impugned order, the petitioner has already filed a revision before the second respondent.

In view of the filing of the revision before the second respondent, I am of the view that the second respondent can be directed to dispose of the revision within the stipulated time and till such time, the interim stay, granted by this Court can be continued.

Accordingly, I direct the second respondent to dispose of the revision, filed by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order and there shall be an order of Interim Stay of the operation of the impugned notice dated 14.01.2016, issued by the first respondent, till the disposal of the revision by the second respodnent. It is needless to say that the second respondent shall give due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner before passing orders in the revision. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitioner is closed.
