O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue the 3rd year Mark List, Provisional Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Convocation Certificate, Bonafide Certificate, Cumulative Certificates to the petitioner pursuant to the successful completion of the course in B.Sc Multimedia by the petitioner (Roll No.16DL058) within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The writ petition is filed by the petitioner to consider his representation dated 07.09.2022. According to the petitioner, he joined B.Sc., (Multimedia) in the respondent University during the academic year 2016-2017 and completed the course during the academic year 2018-2019. So far, the petitioner has been issued with only two mark Page No.2 of 4

sheets of 1st and 2nd year, however, he has not been issued with the 3rd year mark list and even the provisional by the respondent university. Despite several representations, the same has not been considered by the respondents so far, accordingly, seeks for a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2022. 3.Ms.H.Mary Sowmi for Mr.P.Godson Swaminath takes notice for the respondent university.

4.Considering the above facts of the case, the respondent university is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
