The present Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioners, who are third parties to the proceedings, to file the Civil Revision petition against the complaint dated 30.10.2024 made in C.No.143 of 2024 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Chennai as referred to in CRP.SR.No.127822 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission on 29.08.2025.
