This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Rent Court, dismissing the application filed by the petitioners seeking permission to cross-examine the respondents.

2. When the revision is taken up for hearing, Mr.Najeeb Usma Khan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are ready to face the cross-examination of the petitioners and therefore, the prayer sought for in the revision may be allowed.

3. In view of the concession made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the impugned order stands set aside and the petitioners are permitted to cross-examine the witness examined by the respondents.
