Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to regularize/appoint the petitioner as Plot Watcher in the supernumerary post on par with his juniors in the fourth respondent division as per G.O.Ms.No.95 dated 07.08.2009 based on the recommendation of the fourth respondent dated 3.5.2014 and pay all monetary and other service benefits. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by Mr.G.Ramachandran seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to regularize/appoint the petitioner as Plot Watcher in the supernumerary post on par with his juniors in the fourth respondent's division as per G.O.Ms.No.95 dated 7.8.2009 based on the recommendation of the fourth respondent dated 3.5.2014 and to pay all the monetary and other service benefits. In this regard, the petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 10.6.2015 to the respondents 1 & 2.

2. Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.6.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders, in the light of the proceedings dated 3.5.2014 issued by the District Forest Officer, Harur and the proceedings dated 13.5.2014 issued by the Conservator of Forests, Dharmapuri Region, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
