O R D E R

This petition is filed to provide police protection from the alleged harassment of the respondent police.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no petition or complaint has been received and unless and until there is any cognizable offence brought to the notice of the police, there is no necessity for the police to interfere, if the petitioner is going to carry on lawful trade within the permitted parameter.

3. This Court finds that the petition is filed to get the blanket protection from the Court even without any prima facie material to show that the police are interfering in the spa business of the petitioner. Such preventive blanket order prohibiting the police from discharging their duty cannot be issued. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed. 12.10.2023 Index : Yes/No 2/5
