This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the above appeal against the Decree and Judgment dated 10.06.2022 passed in M.C.O.P.No.4052 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (Principal Sub Court), Cuddalore.

2.Paper publication has been effected and the name of the respondents have also been printed in the cause list.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.This Court has carefully gone through the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 36 days is condoned.
