ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sivamani, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority had rejected the application of the petitioner, a fresh application was submitted by the petitioner and necessary approval has been granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
