This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3291 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
