Petitioners seek for issuance of a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of their representations, dated 20.01.2016, in view of agenda item No.3.24, in the Minutes of the 250th Authority Meeting held on 22.12.2015, by the respondent and allot the shops VGL Nos.3 and 4.
2. In the light of the order passed by the First Bench of this Court in W.M.P.No.6289 of 2016 in W.P.No.7079 of 2016, dated 26.02.2016, granting an order of interim stay in respect of 29 shops, two among which the petitioners claim, the relief https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sought for in these Writ Petitions cannot be granted. Hence, these Writ Petitions are closed, leaving it open for the petitioners to work out their remedy, after the disposal of the matter before the Hon'ble First Bench.
