2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this restoration petition stands ordered. A.S.No.933 of 2024 is restored to file.

3.In view of the restoration of the above A.S.No.933 of 2024, the stay granted by this Court in C.M.P.No.24842 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024 stands revived.
