O R D E R This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.11.2016 in W.P. No.31713 of 2016.

2. It is now stated before this Court that the respondents have preferred an appeal as against the order in the Writ Petition in W.P. No.31713 of 2016 dated 02.11.2016 and that the said Writ Appeal is disposed of. It is the case of the respondents that the Writ Appeal was allowed in favour of them.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents this Court is of the view that the prayer in this contempt petition does not survive. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. In case the facts as recorded by this Court is wrong or incorrect, it is open to the petitioner to recall this order.
