This application has been filed by the applicant, to appoint Sivaarajhu working as a Manager (Legal) in the applicant Bank as Receiver to seize and deliver the vehicle viz., FT-60, bearing Engine No.E2316953, Chassis No.TO52312614 and Registration No.TN61F7083 in Loan Agreement No.80975472, available at the respondent premises or wherever found and permit the Receiver to obtain Police Aid and to break open the premises.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that the award has already been passed and the Receiver was also appointed in this application.
