This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to receive additional documents on the side of appellants in the above appeal.

2. Mr.K.P.P.Raja Raja Chozhan, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that the above petition has been filed to receive additional documents viz., Copy of monthly pension statement of deceased Annamalai, Bank passbook of deceased Annamalai and Bank statement of deceased Annamalai, which are relevant to the issues in the appeal and also necessary for enabling this court for a proper adjudication. Hence, he has filed the above petition to receive additional documents.

3. Dr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel for 2nd respondent wanted to verify the records. Hence, he seeks time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to receive additional documents, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Post the matter on 15.09.2025.
