When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that they have already mentioned about 5 previous cases pending against the petitioner. However, this Court, vide order dated 03.10.2024, did not mention the previous cases and granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant would submit that they filed a petition to cancel the anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP.No.15944 of 2024 and the same is posted on 04.12.2024.

3. Hence, post this case along with Crl.OP.No.15944 of 2024 on 04.12.2024.
