After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to move the Appellate Tribunal/other authorities under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 challenging the orders raising impugned demand as well as seeking appropriate orders as against the recovery measures, to be considered in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Mr.Prabhu Mukund Arunkumar, learned Junior Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for the respondents expresses no objection for the liberty so sought and granted.
3. In light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
