The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B) r/w 149 r/w 302, 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 302, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.1192 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner had been taken into custody on execution of Non-Bailable Warrant issued against him on 22.08.2023, in S.C.No.332 of 2021, now pending before the Ist Additional Sessions Judge at Chennai.

3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that there are totally five accused and that the next hearing date is on 07.10.2023 for production of defence witnesses. However, even though the Court wanted to give a time line to complete the case, an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the said order and the matter is pending before the Court. Therefore, it is not possible to give a time line to complete the case, in view of the fact that petitioner has taken a conscious decision to avoid the judicial process.
