Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to process the proposal of the petitioner dated 04/07/2019 for grant of letter of permission for admitting 150 students for the academic year 2020-21 subject to the petitioner producing the planning permission and building certificate before the issuance of letter of permission (LOP) on or before 31st May 2020 by the 1st respondent.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to process the proposal of the petitioner dated 04/07/2019 for grant of letter of permission for admitting 150 students for the academic year 2020-21.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition become infructuous and prays for closure of this petition.

3. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
