This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the third respondent to process the application of the petitioner dated 01.08.2018 and grant planning permission and issue building completion certificate.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
