The prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2019 seeking permission and Police Protection for a Public Meeting/Demonstration against New Education Policy.

In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2019 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
