ORDER

The plaintiffs are the revision petitioners who have taken out an application in I.A.No.9 of 2024 to evaluate the mental infirmity and health condition of the first revision petitioner/plaintiff.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the application has been pending for the past two years and urgent orders are necessary in the application since the condition of the first revision petitioner/plaintiff is deteriorating every day.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioners, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. In view of the above, the XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of I.A.No.9 of 2024, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
