This application has been filed to receive the additional documents in the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent sought time to file formal counter.

3. Since this application has been filed seeking permission to file additional documents and the other side has no serious objections, this Court is of the view that the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.

Any objections with regard to the documents being marked can be made at the time of marking the documents and the same shall be recorded by the Master at the time of marking the documents. The admissibility of the documents shall be dealt by this Court at the time of disposal of the suit.

4. Accordingly, this application is Ordered as prayed for.

5. Post before the Additional Master IV on 31.10.2019 for continuation of evidence.
