This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21130 of on 02.09.2022 to report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m.

and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
