O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed assailing the impugned order dated 28.11.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to return the semester fees to the tune of Rs.60,500/- paid by the petitioner for the I semester of the academic year 2017-2018 to the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she was originally allotted B.Sc Agriculture under payment scheme in the 2nd respondent college and she joined in the said course upon payment requisite fee and thereafter, the petitioner was offered the seat for B.Sc Agriculture under non-payment scheme. While so, the the impugned order has been passed by the 2nd respondent college reverting the petitioner from non-payment scheme to the payment scheme. Challenging the same, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. It is evident from the materials available on record that already the the petitioner has completed the said course and has also obtained the degree certificate. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

4. However, insofar as the relief sought for by the petitioner with regard to refund of the semester fee paid by the petitioner under the payment scheme, this Court without interfering with the impugned order, grants liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the 2nd respondent college for refund of semester fee.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
