By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The prayer sought for in the writ petition to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct enquiry in respect of the petitioner dated 13.07.2015 and 18.11.2015.

3. According to the petitioner, she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 04.07.2012 in the 4th respondent school. The petitioner further alleged that the 4th respondent has not paid her salary and not permitted to work demanding more money. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint against 4th respondent. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Mr.V.Jayapraksh Narayanan, learned Spl.Govt.Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2015 and pass orders after providing opportunity to the 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
