This criminal original petition is filed to quash the Crime No.8 of 2023, on the file of the All Women Police Station, Viruthachalam.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the first respondent-police, submits that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet in LTN 20220002601C202400008 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Viruthachalam on 10.12.2024.

3. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
